Common terms and conditions agreement:

All payments are due prior to services being rendered.
If you need to reach me on an emergency basis, please do so at my cell phone number 313-590-5801; you may call, text, or leave a message.
I have copyrights to all the content that I create, and it may not be used to redistribute for sale ONLY for personal and business use.
Coach Tonya reserves the right to end service with you if you are out of alignment with the core purposes and beliefs of this program. There will be no unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Your account can be disabled at any time unlawful or unsavory acts takes place by you.
All your information will be kept confidential and only revealed during a court of law to protect myself or my brand.

If you do not agree with these terms, please exit the website now and may your journey ahead be blessed and filled with clarity and abundance.

Return and Refund Policy

This is the Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

NO REFUNDS ALLOWED unless you have clearly determined this program is not a good fit for you. Your request MUST be completed and sent in writing to coachtonya@tonyakaustin.com within 14 days of working with me.
A charge of the time spent will be deducted from any processed refund requests. The cost of the supplies will also be charged to prevent any privacy and copyright issues from arising --- this will be for an additional amount of $497 (this is for the 8-week Signature Program).
There must be a serious reason for dissatisfaction, or a CREDIT in the amount owed will be given to you to use on any other product or service available to you.
To process your request an email must be sent to the address provided above with REFUND REQUEST in the subject line. Proof that you have tried the program according to the instructions of the program and have not yielded the expected results, a 500-word written reason why you want your money back, and the acknowledgment that your fees will be subtracted from your balance must all be completed and submitted before any requests will even be reviewed -- and it must all be completed before the end of the 14th day post purchase. After 14 days, NO REFUNDS will be granted. Email requests MUST be received within exactly 14 days after purchase, and you must have attended two weeks of class sessions as proof that you have done the work. If your request is approved, a refund will be granted to you within an additional 14 business days (depending on your banks processing system; it can take longer or be shorter than 14 days).
Once your refund is approved a request will be sent to the card processing portal and it is out of my hands after that. In the event you receive a credit, it will be available immediately for use.
